Advising a corporate board on structuring a deal with Walt Disney, negotiated licensing agreements, and did so while navigating the company through litigation.
Consulting and leading independent companies that license, design, and operate large-scale legal cultivation and extraction facilities, through the production of their agri-technologies.

Oversaw the opening of one of the first cultivation centers in Northern Nevada. Within the cannabis industry, Thomas primarily works with companies focused on connecting the cannabis businesses with the consumers.
Additionally, Thomas has been involved in government affairs and lobbying in Nevada and California.
He played a vital role in the gubernatorial campaign for former Nevada Governor, Brian Sandoval
He was a campaign director for San Diego’s Mayor Faulconer’s recent re-election.
Background in Athletics Benefits Clients
Thomas has an extensive background in athletics and government affairs, prior to attending law school. As an attorney, Thomas now uses those same skills and applies it to advancing an athlete’s career professionally just as a business owner would in starting a corporation.
As a competitive boxer, and a former Olympic hopeful, he won two National Collegiate Boxing Championships, four-time All-American and USA and Golden Glove Regional Championships.
He is dedicated to the sports realm for both amateur and professional athletes. A former athlete himself he understands the physical and psychological grit it takes to becoming a champion and starting a career as an athlete.
In the last decade, Thomas has consulted for many professional boxing promoters, amateur shows, as well as coordinating operations with Team USA’s Olympic Trials in 2015, in Reno, Nevada. Now an attorney, Thomas offers guidance to athletes, public figures and entertainers to uphold the integrity and professionalism of the sport.
Thomas is ready to toe the line and champion the battle on behalf of his clients. He has successfully fought off hostile takeovers and defended companies in the mix of a lawsuit.
