Thomas G. Gennaro is a corporate and litigation attorney licensed in California and Nevada and the founder of Thomas Gennaro Law, APC. He advises entrepreneurs, executives, and boards of directors on business formation, governance, transactions, regulatory strategy, and dispute mitigation.
Thomas works with companies at critical stages of growth and restructuring, helping them select proper corporate structures, negotiate and draft licensing and commercial agreements, and navigate regulatory and operational risk. This litigation background informs his transactional practice, allowing him to structure agreements with a clear understanding of how they perform under scrutiny.
Prior to entering private practice, Thomas was involved in government affairs in Nevada and California.
Before law school, Thomas was a nationally competitive boxer and Olympic hopeful, earning two National Collegiate Boxing Championships and four All-American honors. He competed at an elite level domestically and internationally, developing the discipline and composure that now shape his professional approach.
